One enterprise workflow conversation. One clear next step.

Request assisted onboarding or a DigiTrust briefing.

Tell us which AI workflow matters and what your organization needs to review or prove.

The initial request takes about two minutes and should remain high-level and free of sensitive data.

Start in your own production workspace.

Each customer starts directly in their organization's production DigiTrust workspace. DigiTrans confirms your first workflow and applicable subscription, prepares your workspace and arranges access for the agreed participants.

Use the same workspace for your guided first session and ongoing work. Together, we aim to complete one useful evidence packet or review record, then agree the next case, its owner and a follow-up date. A fictional or approved sample can be used for the walkthrough.

Customer-data use begins only after your workspace's data scope, protections and operating requirements have been accepted.

Already have workspace access? Sign in with your approved account. A Marketplace purchase does not create workspace membership or authorize customer-data processing by itself.

Already subscribed through AWS Marketplace? Request assisted onboarding and tell your onboarding contact about the existing subscription. DigiTrans confirms it and guides the Marketplace registration handoff before arranging workspace access.

See what to prepare for your first session. For onboarding help, contact [email protected].

Share the minimum needed to start the conversation.

We will gather role, timing, purchasing, and technical details in a follow-up conversation. Do not include secrets, credentials, protected health information, payment-card data, nonpublic customer records, classified or export-controlled content, or confidential legal materials.

What to expect

About 2 minutes · 5 required responses · follow-up by work email

01Confirm your next step

Tell us whether you need workspace setup, purchasing guidance or a pilot briefing, and describe the first workflow.

02Prepare your workspace

DigiTrans confirms the applicable subscription, prepares your production workspace and arranges access. Your onboarding lead sends a welcome message with your workspace link, first-session details and support contact. Pilot scope and services terms are agreed separately.

03Complete a useful first workflow

Your creator and reviewer work toward one evidence packet or review record with guided help. Agree the next case, its owner and a follow-up date before the session ends. Customer-data use follows the agreed scope, protections and operating requirements.

Optional. A sentence or two is enough.

Bring one workflow, the right people and agreed inputs.

Your onboarding lead reuses the details already agreed during the sales conversation. Confirm or update that record together, then prepare these three things for your first guided session.

01 / WORKFLOW

Choose one useful outcome

Name the question you want to review and the evidence packet or review record you want to leave with.

02 / PEOPLE

Identify a creator and reviewer

Agree who prepares the case, who reviews it and who is your organization's onboarding contact. DigiTrans arranges their workspace access.

03 / INPUTS

Agree a sample for the walkthrough

A fictional or approved sample can be used in your production workspace and will be clearly labeled. Your onboarding lead confirms the inputs and the approved channel for sharing them. Keep sensitive inputs out of this public form.

Start with the workflow—not the sensitive data.

01High-level context

Describe intended use, stakeholder roles, and review outcomes without sharing regulated records.

02Controlled follow-up

Detailed system design, evidence, and security review move to an approved private channel.

03Customer responsibility

The customer retains legal, clinical, security, audit, purchasing, and compliance responsibility.

04Purchasing choice

Use AWS Marketplace or another approved enterprise path after scope and terms are confirmed.
