1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using DigiTrans LLC public web properties, DigiTrust public demo experiences, paid checkout links, subscriptions, or commercial services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable site, demo, checkout, or service.
2. Public demo and informational use
DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT is a public demo app that uses synthetic demo evidence. It is provided for evaluation, education, and demonstration of evidence-workflow concepts. It does not require DigiTrans customer authentication, does not connect to paid customer workspaces, and does not access production customer evidence records.
3. Read-only app behavior
The public ChatGPT demo exposes read-only capabilities. It may list synthetic demo Evidence Packets, summarize synthetic evidence, generate customer-safe demo assurance summaries, list synthetic readiness gaps, explain the evidence workflow, and compare synthetic snapshots. It does not create, approve, modify, delete, notify, bill, subscribe, upgrade, or perform paid workspace actions inside ChatGPT.
4. Paid plans, services, and checkout
DigiTrans may offer DigiTrust QuickStart engagements, subscriptions, enterprise services, or other commercial offerings through DigiTrans-owned web properties. Payment processing is handled through Stripe-hosted checkout or another disclosed payment method. Checkout may collect customer name, email, business name, optional phone number, transaction information, and payment details configured for the selected offering.
Commercial checkout is separate from the public ChatGPT demo. Purchasing a plan does not convert the public demo into a paid workspace. Commercial scope, onboarding, access, deliverables, and operating assumptions may be confirmed in follow-up communications, an order form, statement of work, or other written agreement.
5. Order-specific terms
A written order form, statement of work, proposal, invoice, or other agreement may define plan-specific scope, deliverables, timing, responsibilities, and fees. If an order-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these public Terms, the order-specific agreement controls for that commercial engagement.
6. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations
Subscription plans renew automatically on the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, billing interval, and applicable terms before completing checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless DigiTrans approves a refund in writing or a refund is required by law.
For subscription, cancellation, or billing questions, contact [email protected].
7. Taxes and fees
Unless otherwise stated, listed prices may exclude taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes or fees unless Stripe or DigiTrans expressly collects them at checkout. Tax configuration may change as billing operations evolve.
8. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by DigiTrans in writing. Refund requests may be reviewed based on the offering, usage, onboarding status, work performed, and payment timing.
9. User and customer responsibilities
You agree not to submit secrets, credentials, payment card details, regulated data, production customer data, confidential legal materials, or other highly sensitive information through public demo prompts, public intake forms, or ordinary email. You also agree not to misuse the site or demo, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public functionality, or use DigiTrans services for unlawful purposes.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, authority, and lawful use of information they provide through agreed commercial channels and for obtaining any required approvals or permissions.
10. No professional advice
Public site content, demo outputs, evidence examples, and general DigiTrust materials are for informational and evaluation purposes. They do not constitute legal, compliance, audit, security, procurement, financial, or other professional advice.
11. No guarantee of approval or compliance outcomes
DigiTrust supports evidence workflows and customer-safe assurance outputs, but it does not guarantee legal approval, security approval, procurement approval, compliance certification, audit acceptance, customer acceptance, marketplace acceptance, or any particular business result. Customers remain responsible for their governance, legal, security, audit, procurement, certification, and compliance obligations.
12. Intellectual property
DigiTrans, DigiTrust, related names, logos, product concepts, site content, demo data, plan descriptions, app descriptions, and visual materials are owned by or licensed to DigiTrans LLC. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from non-public DigiTrans materials.
13. Public demo data
Synthetic demo evidence, packet identifiers, readiness scores, gaps, summaries, and assurance language are examples. They do not represent a real customer environment, real compliance status, real audit outcome, or production evidence record.
14. Third-party services
The website, public demo, intake, checkout, and commercial workflow may rely on third-party services for hosting, networking, security, monitoring, forms, payment processing, email, or the ChatGPT experience. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
15. Privacy
Website, intake, referral, and checkout-related information is addressed in the DigiTrans Website Privacy Notice. Use of DigiTrust Evidence Assistant for ChatGPT is addressed in the app-specific privacy policy. Stripe-hosted checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
16. Availability and changes
DigiTrans may modify, suspend, or discontinue public pages, demo experiences, plans, pricing, demo evidence, or features. DigiTrans may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
17. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, public websites, public demos, plan descriptions, and general DigiTrust materials are provided "as is" and "as available." DigiTrans disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiTrans LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from public website use, public demo use, or general DigiTrust materials.
19. Contact

Do not submit confidential, regulated, credential, payment, or production customer information through public demo prompts, public forms, or ordinary email.
