5. Service providers and recipients

DigiTrans may share information with service providers that support hosting, networking, security, form delivery, email, payment processing, accounting, legal support, and business operations. Current public flows may involve:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers that process technical and security logs.
  • FormSubmit or a successor form-processing provider that delivers intake submissions to DigiTrans.
  • Stripe for payment processing, checkout, subscription management, and transaction records.
  • Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, or compliance purposes.

DigiTrans does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This site does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies.

6. Campaign storage and cookies

The website may use browser session storage to preserve campaign parameters while you move between DigiTrust pages. Those values are used to attribute a submitted intake to its referral source and are not intended to identify you independently. Session storage normally expires when the browser session ends. Third-party services such as Stripe may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

7. Retention

Retention periods vary by data type and business context.

8. Security

DigiTrans uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the public website and commercial workflow. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit sensitive information through public forms or ordinary email.

9. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the intake form and may contact DigiTrans by email instead. Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Send requests to [email protected]. DigiTrans may need to verify your request and may retain information when required for legal, security, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

10. Children

DigiTrans and DigiTrust business services are not directed to children under 13, and DigiTrans does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the commercial intake workflow.
